Prices
All prices on this site are in Australian dollars and are payable on pickup. There is no delivery fee — Rainbow HiBi is pre-order and collection only.
Reserving a pack
Submitting the reservation form sends us a request to hold a pack for you at your chosen pickup time — it is a request, not a completed sale, and no payment is taken on this website. Payment is made in person when you collect, and the sale is complete only at pickup. If we can't fulfil a reservation, we'll let you know and nothing is owed.
Accounts
Keep your password to yourself and give us a real email address — it's how we reach you about your order. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
The forum
Post your own words, keep it civil, and don't post anything unlawful or anyone else's private information. We may remove posts and close accounts that don't follow that. Opinions in the forum belong to whoever wrote them, not to us — including any nutrition or health claim a customer makes.
Food, allergies and health
Every flavour contains nuts or seeds. Nutrition information on this site is a guide, not medical advice. If you have an allergy or a medical condition, check with us and with your doctor before ordering.
Your consumer rights
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
